| Secrets of the Third Reich: Munich  During our two days in Munich, we discover all the main sites associated with the birthplace of the Nazi Party: the headquarters of the Thule Society, benefactor of the German Worker’s Party; and the meeting places of party leaders including the famous beer-halls. We’ll also see how the city changed under the Third Reich, with visits to the monumental buildings that were erected under Hitler’s regime, such as the House der Kunst and Führerbau. With such an impact National Socialism made on the city, we won’t leave out the city’s memorials left to honor the victims of Nazi tyranny, like the former synagogues and the ‘White Rose’ resistance group. |
