From the Rhine River to the Romantic Road and the Alps. We start the Best of Bavaria Tour on the beautiful Middle Rhine River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and overnight in an 800-year-old castle. Then, we head down the Romantic Road to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the best preserved medieval village in Germany. Experience Old World Bavaria at its best choose the optional evening Night Watchman Tour in Rothenburg. We will continue south along the Romantic Road to Füssen and the fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle. The scenery gets better and better as we head east along the German Alpine Road to the majestic mountain resort of Berchtesgaden.
